The compass standing in the middle of the circle represents the program mission of directing out of school youth towards skills development.

                The meter stick crossing the compass signifies balance between the program theory and practice implementation.

                 The triangle represents the three forces that make up the program namely; the MIDFI/MISERIOR. Administrator/Staff and the Trainees. These three are the motivating factors that drive the program in the right track (as shown by the angle being placed adjacent to the head of the compass.

                   The electricity symbolizes the energy that the program has to maintain balance and direction.

​

                   All these vocational education tools are encompassed in a gear signifying the movements of the programs towards development.

                       The year 1995 is the foundation of the program.
