St. Mary's Academy of Carmen-Religious of the Virgin Mary Technical Training Program ( SMAC RVM TTP) is located at Villarin St., Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines. It is patterned after the Marist Technical Training Program ( MTTP). The program is basically  an on the job training and specifically designed for out-of-school youth or high school graduate who are incapable of pursuing higher formal education. SMAC RVMTTP employs a non traditional approach training by actually working in the various shops combined with basic academic and values education which is classroom based. For on the job training SMAC RVM TTP will link up with the various workshops, personnel and equipment existing in the business community. For its academic courses ( including technical theory instruction) , SMAC RVMTTP will make use mostly of its own faculty members, faculty members of other schools and resource persons from governmental and non-governmental agencies.
